Mentor Carrying Out the Implementation of the Guidance Program at an Outstanding Level

Sasa has been working at the Foundation since 2006. Initially, they joined the team as a drama pedagogue, and then in 2007 also as a mentor. They possess multiple professional qualifications alongside their teaching degree, such as communication, talent development expert, and secondary school drama teacher. As a member of the selection team, they have been grading and evaluating the reading comprehension assessments for the current cohort for years, and also participate in compiling them. An innovative personality, the launch of the Poetry and Prose Recitation Festival in Kaposvár in 2023 is tied to their name, and it was also based on their idea and under their leadership that the gathering for the Foundation’s long-time sponsored students together with their families was realized for the first time at the Guidance Festival in 2023.

They are loyal to the Foundation, carrying out their work with complete dedication and vocation for 17 years now. The young people belonging to their first group graduated almost without exception and successfully completed the Guidance Program. In addition to their mentor colleague, the already graduated youth of their group also nominated them for the recognition, on behalf of the entire group.
