After Monday’s relaxation and acclimatisation Julie threw herself wholeheartedly into work at the Foundation.
On Tuesday morning (22 January) she prepared for the afternoon lesson and helped the mentors to sort the Bonafarm gift packages. After lunch she met the members of group 2 and conducted her first introductory lesson for the group about Taiwan and China. Everyone was curious to learn new things about Taiwan and China and the kids could ask their questions during the question session.
At the end of the day Julie was ready to help distributing the gift packages for the families of group 3. This way, in spite of the pouring rain, she had the chance to meet and chat with the children a little.
Wednesday she is going to conduct another introductory lesson for the members of group 1. On Tuesday the youngest ones can greet her followed by ice-skating, while on Friday we are having a tea afternoon and on Saturday we will be guided into the world of yoga.
