Advocacy Forum in Mohács

The parents and youth of the Mohács Community House held an Advocacy Forum, during which they reviewed the results of the past period and the most important tasks for the end of the school year.
One of the most joyful topics of the forum was the further education of the 8th-grade students. The participants proudly reported that every graduating student was admitted to the secondary school they had designated as their first choice. This success is due to the persistent work of the students and those who prepared them. The children also gave a report on the results of the Mohács 500 project, which they presented within the framework of the Guidance Festival. The project was successful and worthily represented the creativity and commitment of the community house’s youth. The forum also covered the experiences with the initiated ECDL examination system, as well as the tasks related to further exams.
The participants agreed that the development of digital competencies plays an important role in the future opportunities of young people. At the end of the meeting, they coordinated the remaining tasks for the year, as well as the dates and planned programs for the summer camps.
