Ready, steady, water!

Water World Day in the Botanical Garden of University of Szeged (21th March).

Members of group 3 of Szeged took part in an afternoon programme in the Botanical Garden of University of Szeged as part of World Water Day 2014. The programme was conducted by Balogh Lajos, volunteer of the Foundation in Szeged. He introduced us the salty and sweet water on Earth. In the show room we could learn about the different features of water, what the connection between water, wildlife and humans is like. We heard much new information, just like the cross-section of aloe is transparent due to its abundant water storage. After the info lesson we took a little stroll in the garden, we visited the stone garden and the rose garden as well. We can say that we had a really nice spring afternoon this day.
