Praise or Punish?

I was interested in this topic. I gained a lot from this afternoon.

A lecture entitled ‘Praise or Punish’ was presented for the Csányi Foundation at its community house in Szeged. It was delivered by a specialist named István Korom. He created a safe atmosphere and invited us for a discussion. We have to accept the fact that there are days when our children are rude and impatient with us. However we shall not put the blame on them but on us because children only mirror their parents. We shall stop criticizing our children. Each day gives us parents the chance to set good examples and teach our sons and daughters how to think in a positive way if things are going from bad to worse. Love and patience are the most important. Every problem can be solved if these are our governing principles. I was interested in this topic. I gained a lot from this afternoon.
