As part of the Parents’ Academy program series, we once again had the pleasure of meeting the trainers from the OTP Fáy Foundation. Ági, Lara, and Bence brought a new topic to the parents and youth at the Nagybajom Community House. The training session focused on self-awareness and stress management. Parents and children worked in two groups. Both groups participated in guided sessions that required individual reflection, active group work, and shared discussions on the proposed topics, facilitated by playful exercises. Through these activities, participants aimed to acquire and apply new knowledge. The exercises were based on personal experiences and responses, providing solutions to past or potential future challenges. Tasks were completed individually, in groups, and through movement-based and playful activities.
