Adventures in Transylvania

The kids from Kaposvár and Mohács set off on a big trip on Sunday morning 10 July. The group went to Transylvania to camp and to learn more about the history and the wonderful landscapes of this unique and beautiful region. On the first day in Arad, we were joined by our guide István Magyari Vass István, who told us many interesting things about Romania and Transylvania. In Arad, we paid our respects at the Memorial of the Martyrs of Arad and laid a wreath together. In the evening we had a fantastic experience, visiting the castle of Vajdahunyad. The building is impressive inside and out, we visited every corner of it and admired the magnificent castle, from the top of which we had an amazing panorama. After an evening’s rest, we’re ready for more adventures, with so many more sites and sights to see.
