Playful mathematics

On this weekend Pécs 2 group have participated on extraordinary maths lessons with Mr. Lajos Pósa and his helper Jutka in Lóránt Street. First of all, they had discussed the maths exercises, which were previously sent out and the arising problems were solved. Then our students have played dice, card and board games and many other interesting and exciting exercises. Our “mathematicians” have enjoyed the whole day. Maths would be such an interesting subject in the school this way! We would like to say thanks for the Foundation for this opportunity and the delicious lunch. We are so thankful to Mr. Pósa the “Bear” and Jutka “Rabbit mum” for the pleasant Autumn day and the exciting tasks. We hope that our students can continue to participate on such programs because of their talent and good results. András Gál, mentor
