Gong xi fa cai!

i.e.: Happy New Year!

On 4 February older and younger members of Csányi Foundation in Szeged participate in a special arts and crafts programme conducted by our volunteer, Julie. New Year starts from the 1st of January according to the Chinese calendar, which is the year of the Horse. On this occasion the children prepared different paper figures, representing the horse and a good luck Chinese symbol. Besides this, the children could try quilling paper technique and beadwork as well. Julie and the representatives of Mathias Corvinus Collegium, Kata and Bálint, also helped the children.
