Fulbright in Szeged

Segregation and minoritiesOn 28th April 2017, Robin Cathey Fulbright scholarship teacher and volunteer visited our Community House from Pécs to have a very interesting and thought provoking lecture on racism, segregation and the present state of minorities all over the world and in Hungary. During her presentation, we could learn not just about the USA but the background of the evolution of racism throughout history. We talked a lot about the necessity of equal treatment and what we can add to this issue in order to pull down the barriers on the way of anyone’s success in life. We are very pleased to be part of an interesting and instructive lecture like this. Thank you!Group 1 and 2 of Szeged
