Sound mind in a sound body

The third session of our project, “Sound mind in a sound body” was organised on this Saturday, (29th February. The major topic was healthy diet. We started the day with a lecture presented by Sándor Kovács and his wife, Dorottya Kékegyi. She talked about the eating habits from the Conquest to nowadays. Following that we ate the elevenses. After lunch we continued working at five different sections.

“Our task was the salad making. We made 3 different kinds of salads: corn salad, rise salad and green salad from mixed vegetables, what we flavoured with different dressings.” László Szabó, Mohács 1.

“Our group made figures from egg, cheese and different vegetables. We collected the inspiration and ideas from the Internet. There were owl, mouse, chicken, sail and mushroom on the tray.” János Koller, Mohács 2.
