A defining chapter in my life has come to a close: I was finally able to hold my degree in music composition in my hands.
After long years of studying, creating, struggles, and countless challenges, the degree is now in my hands. Yet, I feel that this is not truly an ending, but a beginning. What I hold in my hands now is almost nothing compared to what awaits me out there in the wide world.
I am grateful to everyone who stood by my side on this path. I am particularly grateful to my former mentor, Gergő, my current mentor, Dávid, and of course Miklós bácsi, who supported me in everything, every step of the way.
I am grateful to the Chamber Orchestra and the Band, who brought back to me what I had almost forgotten for a while: how simple it is to just play music for the pure joy of it. That sometimes it is enough to just play music together, laugh, and enjoy the very reason we started in the first place.
I am especially grateful to S10, which not only provided a home and security over the years, but also brought people into my life who kept my spirits up every single day. There was never a moment when I didn’t feel your support. Thank you for always being there for me, believing in me, and making even the hardest times easier.
Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey in one way or another.
The degree is an important milestone, but for me, it is by no means the final destination. I look forward with excitement and curiosity to everything that comes next.
