At the 2020 Expo in Dubai, with the support of Judit Polgár, our Foundation team competed in 19 team matches in three rounds of the Online World Student Chess Tournament, against 293 chess teams from 53 participating countries, and made it to the top 12, and thus had the opportunity to compete live with the most successful teams after the online rounds, as the only Hungarian team, travelling to Dubai. Despite a strong field, our team excelled and finished in 11th place.
