Tuning into Autumn and Each Other
“On November 12, members of the Szeged Group 3 gathered within the walls of the community house to celebrate the spirit of autumn. Together, we prepared a variety of delicious pumpkin-based desserts, which were met with great enthusiasm.
Izabella Patyi gave a short lecture on Christian burial customs, introducing the children to these long-standing traditions.
To conclude the afternoon program, we carved pumpkins, letting our imaginations run wild. The creations included cats, snowmen, and, of course, spooky faces. Once finished, we placed candles inside the carved pumpkins and arranged them thoughtfully in the house’s yard, creating a warm and festive atmosphere.”
