Logic and Researchers’ Night
On Friday afternoon an old friend of ours came to spend some hours with us in the Community House of Szeged. Balogh Ádám was a volunteer in the Logic camp in Veszprém and now he came to have another interesting and thought provoking logic lesson for us. We enjoyed the lesson and had fun just like in Veszprém. It was nice to refresh the old memories and to meet a friend again.
Later on that night we went to the University of Szeged to Faculty of Arts where were 5 years ago. Now, we were decoding scripts used by the American army during the second world war. We used a special language, the language of the Navaho Indians, which basically helped to change the outcome of the war in the Pacific Ocean region. After decoding, the girls divulged into the fashion of the middle ages of the Carpathian Basin, while the boys examined closely the weapons and armours of knights of the same era. We enjoyed the night together and we learnt many new things again.
