Cybersecurity Lecture at the Pécs Community House
Today (May 3), I had the opportunity to give a lecture on cybersecurity at the Pécs Community House. In my presentation, I covered various protective measures and the potential dangers we should be aware of in our daily lives. We discussed the problems caused by viruses, worms, and Trojan horses, how to recognize and resolve these issues, and the importance of recognizing phishing messages received via phone and email. Additionally, we talked about the importance of strong passwords and how to create them.
I chose this topic because I believe it is crucial to browse the internet consciously and recognize the dangers that may appear. These situations are important for all age groups to consider, as attacks can cause significant damage. After the presentation, we had small group discussions with the children to address their questions.
