THE SWALLOWS ARE GATHERING, WE ARE GATHERING TOO
On September 10, 2022, our Csányi semester finally started. It was great to meet the others again and talk about our experiences outside of the camps. The biggest challenge for us in the next six months will be high school admissions, so we started preparing for this competition seriously. In the morning, we worked in two small groups. One group filled out the math exams, while the others reviewed the basics of text creation and prepared a draft. After a short break, the two teams exchanged with each other. We could also try out writing a draft. We were given the topic by our mentor to write an essay about a person who lives in our immediate environment, who we look up to and respect. After lunch, we went down to the computer room, where we signed up for the B’ level language competition, the completion of which is a prerequisite for our trip abroad to England and Germany. Those who undertook it also signed up for thaler collecting. The end of the session was that we got together and discussed who, how they feel, what they think, what questions they have about the fact that one of our colleagues has left. Then we were able to get answers to some of our questions about the trip to England.
