OTP Family Day
On Saturday early morning we arrived at the Szentendre Skanzen. This time, we did not take the groups entrusted to us for an enrichment programme, but were given the opportunity to present ourselves at the OTP Family Day. Families from all over the country were waiting for the participants, who, despite the cool and gloomy weather, turned up in good numbers. At the Csányi Foundation’s tent, children could try their hand at painting pebbles and making macramé bracelets. From 9am to 6pm, the creative and curious kids kept coming. They could weave different coloured beads and even the letters of their names into the macramé bracelets. This project was led by the students from S10 with great enthusiasm and patience.
And the variety of pebbles inspired dazzling ideas from adults and children alike. There were families who included us in their programme as a ‘break’ and made three stone artworks each. Both programmes were popular with visitors. We packed up full of experiences and with many happy memories of moments in our hearts. Thank you for the opportunity.
