Our house … – was built on our thoughts
Saturday morning started in a rather unusual way at the Kaposvár Community House. Before the project sessions Adam Balogh, our volunteer trained the minds of the groups, and with playful logic exercises prepared our ‘brain’ to think together for the rest of the day.
Then, for the second time, the “Our House …” project continued. In our project the smallest ones on Saturday’s classes among other things were dreaming about the interior, while the rest of the House thought about the specific location of the house to be built (arguing for practicality)
For the first time, we collected the differences and similarities between home and apartment, and now we continued to think together about the concept of common and community place, what makes community? We also made a paper presentation to make ppt, called We are dreaming of a new house. The result of our collection work: what would we bring with us, what would we incorporate into the new community place? We decided on location, exterior and interior, equipment, cost and work organization. At first, all of the big ones were trying to argue for a different location: the high mountains were just as popular as the beachfront property, but many would even want our house in the middle of the woods. However, based on our reasoning, the quiet and beautiful location close to the city center won over, and we also decided exactly how many rooms would need to look like. We all voted for the harmonious unity of modern and classical forms. We make our good decisions on the weekends for planning. We are looking forward to the resume.
