In the spirit of cooperation
Our Foundation and the University of Kaposvár look back on several years of cooperation that is based on a meaningful, mutually beneficial relationship. In one of the University’s most recent projects, students at the Department of Pedagogy are going to spend their teaching practice at schools of disadvantaged areas. For this purpose, they are looking for specialists who help students in their pedagogical work by sharing their personal experience.
I was honored to share my own mentoring experience on Thursday including what the mentorship really means and what components it has. I could not have been able to talk about this without introducing the Csányi Foundation first, talking about its talent management program, its structure I am happy to be a part of, and the results of nearly one and a half decades of work.
Regarding the intention of our Founder, that is not to lose any of our talents, it is useful and important to introduce ourselves in different forums. Thursday’s conference at the University of Kaposvár was an excellent occasion to reach a larger audience.
