Thousand faces of chess
In September 2015, the Polgár Judit Chess Foundation and the Csányi Foundation launched a programme together named “Adventures in the Castle of Buda from a child’s view.
15 of the P1 group applied and sent their in their projects sand as a reward could attend the World Chess Festival 17th October in Budapest. The festival offered a huge variety of programmes such as live chess pieces and creating chessboards from marzipan. During the day the kids could collect points and spend them on gifts and treats at the end of the day. Finally, everyone could have their photo taken with Polgár Judit. We thank the Polgár Judit Chess Foundation and the Csányi Foundation for this wonderful day.
