Visit at Sole-Mizo
Group 3 of Szeged visited Sole-Mizo dairy factory in Szeged.
This year’s Walk of Life Day Sing Contest Festival participation brought us the chance to visit the dairy factory of Sole-Mizo in Szeged on 16 June 2016. Just before we could explore the factory under the guidance of dr Gerőné Nagy Katalin, we got the protective clothes and we also were informed about safety regulations in the factory. As we got in, we were surprised how big the factory is. We went through big halls where we could trace the way of milk from the tankers as far as the ready product let it be milk, cottage cheese, sour cream or yoghurt. We now know about the strict hygienic restrictions, how sour cream is made, how milk cartoons are formed from the huge roll of papers and many many more. We enjoyed the close look of automated machines in the factory and the special forklift that can lift goods as high up as 17 metres. We really enjoyed the day at the factory. Thank you very much for this possibility.
